Meeting Mastery Workshop

We’re very close to finishing up our long-awaited Meeting Mastery Workshop.

We have been working on this for more than 2 years, but we are finally going to wrap it up.  We will be making the Meeting Mastery Workshop available in a few weeks.

This Workshop will be entirely focused on helping you stand out and get the recognition you deserve by mastering the art of leading great meetings that produce consistent results.  It will include web training sessions, coaching, a copy of our book (Powerfully Simple Meetings), and access to our web-based meeting management software.  It is going to provide a complete system that provides you with everything we know about running the most productive meetings imaginable.

We are going to cover the following topics in the Workshop:

– How to assess meeting performance and target specific areas for improvement

– How to leverage and implement an effective meeting process

– How to identify, capture and use important meeting information to effectively support decision making in your organization

– The essential skills every leader must know to lead highly effective meetings

– How to use technology to engage stakeholders and deliver outstanding results from your meetings
