Why can’t I see the Getting Started page from within MeetingResult on my iPad?

The Getting Started page that is available from within MeetingResult for the iPad is actually the same page available on our website at /ipad/support/. In order to view this page within MeetingResult on the iPad you must have an internet connection. Check to ensure that you connected to the internet either through a wireless network (Wi-Fi) or your carrier’s data connection.
